When working with a team, the leadership in the most influential driver when it comes to team connection, cohesion and performance. The leadership's ability to build rapport with individuals so they can understand the person behind the individual is KEY to building highly successful teams.

Research shows that highly effective leadership does these 2 things with accuracy:

  1. can change the state of an individual;​

  2. know the source of pain;

​

To be able to do these 2 things effectively, requires a depth of knowledge and rapport with the individuals within the team they are leading.

This is accomplished through 2 options:

  • copious amounts of education, training and experiences with the individuals (aka TIME); OR

  • using the profiling tool and our team to accelerate the process;

WHY OUR TOOL?

The auditing tool will provide detailed insights into individuals that directly impacts performance. Not only will you gain a deeper understanding of individual team members, you will be provided insights into their conscious and unconscious thinking strategies, behavioural patterns and meta programs including:

  • identify personality types, connection styles, change resistance and personal drive;

  • clarity of performance under stress, including decision making and pivoting strategies;

  • identify learning styles to accelerate growth and development;

  • insights into their ability to mange emotional responses, reason and influence on a team;

There are many version of DISC assessments on the market BUT there is only 1 that is certified to have the highest accuracy rate of a minimum 88% accuracy, for individuals and teams.

What also sets EXTENDED DISC apart is its ability to measure unconscious behaviour exclusive of the environment. This provides details on a person’s natural behavioural style, as well as the adjustment they’re making to their current environment.

 

Not only do you identify the individual 'default' programming (natural state) but you have transparency around their 'adjusted' behaviours that are consciously made during performance. This comparison allows for the identification of perceived key feelings such as pressure, insecurity, fear or a need to adjust in order to achieve.
