Behavioural analysis involves observations, questionnaires and interviews to provide both an overall snapshot of collective performance and detailed data around the smaller elements during performance. 

A behavioural analysis can have a general scope or leaders can select specific focus areas, if they are seeking a detailed insights into a particular area that is impacting or hijacking performance.

Behaviour Analysis are conducted during performance mode, for individuals and teams.

This data will provide insights into:

  • gain an enhanced understanding of behaviour and thinking during performance mode;

  • identify and list the specific behaviours that are directly causing the issue;

  • highlight the challenging areas - where, when and how they appear;

  • highlight the gaps in performance that are exposing performance to become derailed;
