MINDSET | LEADERSHIP | PERFORMANCE COACHING
WHEN YOU UNDERSTAND A PERSON'S INTERNAL OPERATING SYSTEM, YOU CAN LEAD THEM BEYOND WHAT THEY BELIEVED THEY WERE CAPABLE OF AND ACHIEVE MORE THAN THEY DREAMED POSSIBLE . . .
I HAVE 20+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AMPLIFYING LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS
THAT FACILITATE GROWTH & UNLOCK POTENTIAL.
THERE IS NO "ONE FITS ALL APPROACH" TO PERFORMANCE COACHING... BRAINS ARE AS UNIQUE AS PEOPLE HOWEVER DECODING THE NEUROLOGICAL WIRING OF THE INDIVIDUAL + RE-TRAIN
THE BRAIN, IS MY FIELD OF EXPERTISE.
As a brain and behaviour coach + neurology consultant, I simplify the complexity of neuroscience, emotional intelligence and behavioural psychology into personalised 'bite size' chunks to transform mental agility and amplify performance. Using Neuro-behavioural strategies to 'tune' well-functioning brains to enhance mental agility for performance.
I work with individuals, teams and organisations to identify how to harness their thinking when performance is hijacked due to stress and tension.
Tertiary trained in over 32 evidence based frameworks and models across multiple disciplinaries, I assess and match the right tools and strategies to people. We engage in brain training exercises that will equip individuals with the tools to effectively perform within their unique high stress environment and remain in performance mode.

When an individual understands their brain and behaviour and learns the tools to harness their mind to reach their full potential, they perform and respond with greater certainty during uncertain environments. This is the work I have been immersed in since 2016, when navigating a brain injury and recovery journey.

WORKING WITH TEAMS + LEADERS
"Your most valuable asset is the real estate between your ears."
Leadership is the most meaningful work you can do, in my opinion. The journey of 'leadership' is layered across 3 areas:
-
your own individual growth;
-
harness the diversity of those around you; and
-
effectively shape and influence others to reach their full potential;

Leading a team is understanding many moving parts including team dynamics, cognitive diversity and the individual internal operating systems (IOS). I refer to it as, knowing the unknown.
In my role, I equip professionals who lead a team to:

-
access the most efficient neurological training, tools and strategies;
-
accurately decode behaviour and thinking of individuals during performance;
-
expedite connection, rapport + individual 'buy-in';
-
harness team diversity to maximise cohesion, trust + performance;
-
use language that connects with each player to their core;
Performance at the highest level requires a deep understanding of conscious and unconscious thinking and behaviours, which is my area of expertise.

Consistent collaborative achievement is a product of trusting teams who are individually equipped with the neurological tools that assist them to harness their mind, adjust their thinking and demonstrate behavioural flexibility during performance.

I approach each individual, team and organisation with a 'deep dive' to gain a comprehensive understanding of the environment, structures, existing diversity and strategies in place around integral points of performance, including relationship with failure, ability to collaborate, thinking strategies, emotion regulation, recovery processes etc... Next step is to collectively map a pathway that aligns them with their outcome, using the most effective methodologies and frameworks in the neuroscience world.

TESTIMONIES FROM CLIENTS
My business grew quickly last year and I wanted to set up a great culture so that I had a team that were passionate about our vision, desired to grow + skilled in customer service. A friend recommended Rachel and it has been such a remarkable journey building the culture using her framework. I even use this framework when coaching my son's U16's football team. It has been unexpectedly brilliant. If you aren't sure where to start, like I was, I highly recommend speaking to Rachel. The tools she teaches you will provide you with a level of confidence as a leader + creates cohesion across your team and business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rachel to any business owner or leader.

I knew something needed changing as I have suffered low self esteem for most of my life. I was bullied at school and not able to have trusting relationships with other females. Rachel showed me the 'people pleasing' I was doing and how it was coming from my wanting to 'belong' and 'connect'. It was like she knew my brain and how I was feeling, then presented an alternative option to define self confidence. Rachel explained boundaries in a way I hadn't heard before and it made so much sense. Her knowledge of our brains, thinking and behaviour is incredible and within 6 mths of starting with her, I am now head of People and Culture at my workplace. The transformation exceeded my expectations and Rachel now runs leadership workshops for our entire team.

I have always struggle to find people that were a good fit for my business. Rachel offered me a complimentary audit to identify what was the issue. I hired her for 3 months of coaching where she built my employee onboarding process and training system. This included interview process, to identify the qualities I was after. I had no idea that having standards and expectations would help attract the right people for my business. Her insights into people are extraordinary. Rachel is now re-creating my business structure to include culture and processes for the next 6 months.

I met Rachel through my business partner and she coached us both on leadership and mindset. I avoid conflict and this impacted my confidence and ability to lead the people in our team. Long story short, Rachel helped me to find the 'why' behind this reaction to dealing with conflict and the thinking I had formed. She taught me about language and using questions to navigate potential conflict with confidence. I learnt to be assertive using the values that I attached to leadership, to handle conflict in a way that felt good. It has been one of the most important moments of growth in my career. We are consulting with Rachel to construct our leadership development program, as part of our business culture.
